Was the split fair?
Nobody picks which unit gets what, the team included. A secret from the packer and a random number drawn onchain are combined, and that result decides the percentages and where every item goes. The packer locks in its secret before the random number exists, so it can't steer the result.

Round controls
Stop everything now? Bidding freezes and no new rounds open. Bids already placed stay in escrow and are returned if the round is cancelled.
What nobody can change, admin included
- See or change what is inside the sealed units
- Move, keep or cancel anyone's bid
- Change the rules of a round that is already open
- Pick which unit gets the big share
This is what lets players trust the game, and it protects you from accusations of insider bidding. Before launch the admin wallet becomes a multisig, so one stolen key can't take control.
